I was lucky enough to find some tender French beans at the local grocery. This dish was simple yet flavorful. You simply cook the potato in water, add the beans, then drain and saute with garlic and olive oil.

This one was challenging simply because I needed to marinate it two days ahead of time. The house smelled simply wonderful. The meat was tender and juicy and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The polenta added a nice addition for texture and to soak up the sauce.
